Introduction

Dear Residents,

We are conducting a survey to evaluate the new wayfinding solutions implemented at Enso Village. This initiative was a collaboration between Team California College of the Arts (Vidhi Mishra, Muskan Malik, Rhea P. Nawaz - a group of graduate Interaction Design students) and the Head of Inspirement Studios ****Erin Patridge from Enso Village. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us measure the success of these solutions and improve future projects.

Objectives

1. Assess the effectiveness and usability of the new way-finding solutions.
2. Gather feedback on your satisfaction and improvements in navigation.
3. Evaluate the collaboration and communication of the project team.

How to Complete the Survey

1. Accessing the Survey:
   • Email: You will receive an email invitation with a link to the survey.
   • On-site QR Codes: Scan the QR codes placed at various locations within Enso Village.
   • App/Website: Access the survey through the Enso Village app or website. (Need to check)
2. Completing the Survey:
   • Preparation: Make sure you have a few minutes to complete the survey without interruptions.
   • Instructions: Read each question carefully and select the response that best describes your experience.
   • Confidentiality: Your responses will be anonymous and confidential.
3. Sections of the Survey:
   • Demographics: Basic information about you.
   • Usage and Effectiveness: Questions about how often you use the wayfinding solutions and their ease of use.
   • Impact and Feedback: Questions about your overall experience and any challenges you faced.
   • Team Collaboration: Questions about the project team's collaboration and communication.

Collecting and Analyzing Responses

1. Response Monitoring: We will track response rates and send reminders if necessary.
2. Data Collection: Your responses will be collected and stored securely.
3. Analysis:
