• Project Updates:
  • Discussion about creating a visual identity for templates, including a color scheme and font format.
  • Templates to be editable by residents using Canva, with samples provided for better presentation.
• Challenges with Current Decorations:
  • Erin shared issues with a newly contracted decorator whose choices were poorly received.
  • Plans to repaint or replace the decorations were discussed.
• Templates and Mockups:
  • We suggested hosting templates on a dummy website for easy access and download.
  • Framer was proposed as the platform for hosting the templates.
  • Residents can customize templates on Canva.
• Videos and Digital Engagement:
  • Videos to be created explaining how to use the templates and for community engagement.
  • Proposal to host videos on YouTube for easy access and sharing.
• Toolkit for Residents:
  • Transitioning to using magnetic or Velcro tapes for door signs to avoid damaging surfaces.
  • Optional pilot testing for these door signs was suggested.
• Printables and User Testing:
  • Erin requested printables to distribute during the open studio event for user feedback.
  • The team will compile letter-sized templates into a PDF for easy printing. (Done and sent)
• Post-Handoff Support:
  • We have extended three months of post-handoff support via email for any required edits or assistance.
  • Long-term support and potential development of a standalone website were also discussed.
• Future Ideas:
  • Potential development of an app and an art-centric Instagram account for Enzo Village.
  • Consideration of themed corridors and an infographic blueprint of the campus, similar to Disney maps.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Ensuring access to a color printer on campus.
  • Confirmation of contact details and handling any missed aspects of the project.
