This week, we focused on refining all our solutions based on feedback from user testing to ensure they meet ADA compliance and address legibility issues. We also standardized font sizes and styles across the entire ecosystem and finalized material and dimension details.

1. Deliverables:
- PDFs are confirmed as an acceptable format for all deliverables.
2. Canva Access:
- Erin does not currently have a Canva account. We need to confirm if a free account will suffice for accessing and editing our digital assets.
3. Screen Details:
- Erin will coordinate with her colleague, Tim, to gather information about the TV screen sizes and formats in place at Enso Village.
4. Volunteers:
- There are no volunteers available currently to assist residents with tasks such as writing or typing.
5. Resident Artwork:
- Erin will request residents to submit their digital artworks.
- One resident has proactively created a slideshow of her work and is keen to display it. Erin will ask this resident to share the slideshow with us for testing purposes.
Next Steps:
- Confirm if a free Canva account will work for Erin.
- Await screen details from Tim.
- Coordinate with Erin to receive and test the resident's slideshow.
